Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pyllerd, provided by SIXN8 Technologies Private Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Pyllerd is an AI-assisted operations platform for construction businesses covering workforce, payroll, attendance, expenses, subcontractor accounting, daily reports, SOPs and compliance tracking, accessible via the web app and the Telegram/WhatsApp assistants.
2. Your account & data
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for keeping your account secure.
- You confirm you have the right to upload and process any data or documents you add — including any personal data of your workers — and to do so under applicable law.
- You retain ownership of your business data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Pyllerd to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to access data that isn't yours. Automated abuse of the AI, voice or messaging features may be rate-limited or blocked.
4. AI-generated output
Reports, insights, compliance analysis and SOPs are generated with AI assistance and may contain errors. They are decision-support tools, not professional, legal or financial advice. Verify important actions — especially statutory compliance and payments — before relying on them.
5. Regulatory feed content
The compliance feed surfaces third-party news and government updates with links to their original sources. That content belongs to its respective publishers; we present it for information only and make no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.
6. Third-party services
Features that depend on Google, Telegram, Twilio or AI providers are subject to those providers' own terms and availability. We are not liable for outages or changes on their side.
7. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features, and may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIXN8 Technologies Private Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using Pyllerd at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
