This Privacy Policy explains how SIXN8 Technologies Private Ltd ("we", "us", "Pyllerd") collects, uses and safeguards information when you use the Pyllerd platform, its web app, and the Telegram and WhatsApp assistants. By using Pyllerd you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email and profile picture, provided through Google sign-in.
• Business records you enter — projects, workers, attendance, wages, advances, expenses, subcontractor ledgers, daily reports, SOPs and compliance items.
• Uploads — photos, receipts and documents you send via the web app or the Telegram bot.
• Optional contact details — a phone number you choose to verify, and Telegram chat identifiers if you link the bot.
• Technical data — basic request metadata needed to keep the service secure and running.

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the service: to store and display your operational records, run the AI assistant and voice transcription on your inputs, generate reports and insights, send the reminders you enable, and deliver messages you send through the contact form. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Data isolation

Every record is scoped to the account that created it. Other Pyllerd users cannot see your workforce, payroll, compliance or uploaded documents. Public pages (blog, pricing, contact) never expose account data.

4. Third-party processors

We share the minimum data required with trusted processors to deliver specific features:

• Google — authentication (sign-in only).
• AI providers (via Emergent) — the text, voice or image you submit is processed to parse commands, transcribe voice, analyse documents and draft reports.
• Telegram & Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS) — used only if you link the bot or verify a phone number, to deliver and receive your messages.
• Object storage & database (Emergent-managed) — to persist your files and records.

5. Live regulatory feed

The compliance feed aggregates publicly available updates from external news and government sources. Each item links back to its original source for attribution and verification. We do not claim ownership of that third-party content and present it for informational purposes only.

6. Data retention & deletion

We keep your records for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records (workers, expenses, subcontractors, files, etc.) at any time from the app, and you can unlink the Telegram bot from Profile. To request full account deletion, email us at admin@dukaaon.in.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable), you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Security

Access requires an authenticated session. File links are time-limited and signed, and sensitive server credentials are stored only in server-side environment configuration — never exposed in the app or its source. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Children

Pyllerd is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
